An overall discussion of drug laws, are they good, bad, ugly? Do we fix them? If so, how? BTW, this class started in the dark as the power had gone out at the University (in fact it had all over the city) due to a thunder storm. You can hear part way through as the power came back on.

Interesting discussion, for sure. It’s admirable how the students in the class can listen to each other without being too intimidated to firmly stick to their own opinions–a nice balance.
